lifori relies on your device backup settings for iCloud or Android backup. For a portable copy, use Export data.

Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not us. To change or cancel:

We can't process refunds directly — those go through Apple / Google, who have their own refund flow. If you've been billed in error and the platform refund flow isn't working, email us and we'll help.

Report a bug or suggest a feature

The most useful thing you can include in a bug report:

  1. What you tapped, in order. ("I opened Focus → tapped Smart Pick → got an empty screen.")
  2. What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened.
  3. Device + OS version (iPhone 14, iOS 18.2 / Pixel 7, Android 14).
  4. App version, shown by your device or app store build details.
  5. A screenshot if you have one.

Common questions

I missed a day — did I lose my streak?

On Pro, lifori auto-uses one streak freeze per week, so a single missed day doesn't break your streak. On Free, the day rolls forward — your weekly performance shape is what matters, not a single broken day. We don't believe in streak shame.

How do I add a one-time habit on a specific date?

Tap + Add habit on the floating bar at the bottom of Today. In the schedule row, pick Once on… — a calendar opens. Pick the date. The habit will surface on Today only on that day, then quietly disappear afterwards.

Can I change the colour theme?

Yes — More → Appearance → Colour theme. Tap any pack to preview it live on Today. A floating bar appears at the top with ← → cycle arrows and Apply / Cancel — try them all without committing. 8 packs total: Purple (free) + 7 Pro.

Does lifori work on Apple Watch / Wear OS?

Not yet — it's on our radar but not shipped. The mobile app works fully on its own without a watch.

What's the difference between Smart Pick and Adaptive Pick?

Both are Pro Focus-tab features. Smart Pick recommends a session based on your last 14 days (your peak window, your category mix). Adaptive Pick goes further — it factors in your recent recovery, today's mood (if logged), and the time of day to pick the session that fits this exact moment.

I want to use lifori without any AI — is that possible?

Yes. Stay on the Free tier and don't tap AI Coach features. The whole habits + focus + recovery + stats system works without any AI involved. AI is additive, never required.

Why don't you collect any analytics?

Because we don't need to. lifori is a local-first app, and we'd rather hear from you directly when something's off than infer it from anonymised funnels. Email is faster, more honest, and doesn't require a server.
