It's pure rule-based pattern detection, computed on-device. Until you hit 14 days, the chip on Today reads "Building DNA" with your persona prefix so you always know where you stand.

Yes. Settings → Profile shows your current persona (Founder, Athlete, Busy Parent, etc.) and pain point — tap any chip to switch. Switching persona refreshes which categories are visible by default; switching pain point just biases which habits surface first. Your data, streaks, and history stay intact.
