How is this different from a habit tracker?

Habit trackers count check-marks. lifori organises your day into four time blocks and three parallel performance systems (Focus / Movement / Recovery), then uses an AI coach to surface the patterns that actually shape your week.

How does Focus DNA work?

After 14 days of focus / movement / recovery sessions, lifori reads your start times, session lengths, weekend patterns, and movement-vs-mind ordering — and gives you a five-trait identity profile (e.g. Founder · Morning Lark · Deep Diver). It's pure rule-based pattern detection, computed on-device. Until you hit 14 days, the chip on Today reads "Building DNA" with your persona prefix so you always know where you stand.

What does cycle tracking actually do?

If you set up cycle tracking at onboarding (or later in Settings), a Cycle & Hormones category unlocks across every time block. Phase-aware habits surface alongside everything else — strength training in follicular, gentler movement in luteal, seed cycling, food-first ideas through PMS, and a perimenopause-aware lineup for the midlife age group (cooling routines for hot flashes, a quieter evening rhythm). Cycle data lives on-device only. These are general lifestyle suggestions, not medical advice.

Can I change my lifestyle persona or focus area later?

Yes. Settings → Profile shows your current persona (Founder, Athlete, Busy Parent, etc.) and pain point — tap any chip to switch. Switching persona refreshes which categories are visible by default; switching pain point just biases which habits surface first. Your data, streaks, and history stay intact.

How can I try lifori today?

Download lifori from the App Store — Android is coming soon to Google Play. No account is required, and the free version works fully offline.

What does Pro cost?

lifori Pro is available monthly, annually, or as a lifetime unlock. Annual includes a 7-day free trial when eligible; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store or Play Store settings.

Is my data backed up?

Optional. lifori uses your device's own backup — iCloud on iOS, Android system backup on Android — managed by your device account, not ours. There's also a manual export/restore inside the app if you'd rather move data yourself. We never see or store your data.

Do you support Apple Health / Google Fit?

Health integration is on the roadmap. Today, lifori works fully offline without it.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing dramatic. Your streak survives if you're on Pro (one auto-freeze per week). On Free, the day rolls forward — your performance shape is what matters across the week, not a single broken day.
